Are there any commonly cited resources in learning the business of e-commerce? Let's say I want to put ads onto my page, or optimize my SEO, where does one go to learn current best practices for those? As a developer I feel like this is a part of the web I should know, but there seem to be many more resources dedicated to learning coding as opposed to the business side. Any guidance appreciated.
