Why Facebook videos don't work and we keep up with it?

It's more than once that I see a video hit play and nothing happens. I have to refresh and try again and again until it works. Facebook are you out of bandwidth or QAs to test this so that it works ?

P.S: I already checked my Internet speed and it's at 20 mbps download, 2 mbps upload.
