This is a poor methodology - Ashley Madison doesn't verify e-mail addresses, so someone could easily put in someone else's e-mail. If you really want to build a checker, you should also check the billing address of credit cards against public records for the ownership of homes, and check GPS coordinates & geolocated IP against that address. Then make sure that name, email, billing address, and location point to generally the same person.

Actually, an interesting project with this data set - one that doesn't dox anyone - might be to look for Ashley Madison accounts created with stolen credit cards. You'd look for accounts where the billing address of the card is wildly different from the login location. Doesn't prove anything, but it would make you very, very suspicious.
