Ask HN: Can't find a recent CSS story with the fun remark: “What are you doing?”

Can't google it or HN search and find it but it was funny and now I need the code actually. It was a main site such as w3.org that someone found odd that the programmer wrote an alert "What are you doing" if they typed in more than so many characters. I am about to use localStorage and have this need. Thanks.
