The sentiments are charming.

Appropriating the David Brent image for commercial purposes (this is a marketing campaign), hotlinked from another site even -- (it's being served from aboveaverage.com) is not so impressive.

I was curious and checked whois: aboveaverage.com and citizensagainstremoteworking.org don't seem to be related at all.

I wish it had a request parameter for each quote so I could link specific ones to a coworker, otherwise hilarious.
Meh? It really depends on what you're building, who you are, how well you know each other, how globalized your product is, and a thousand other factors.

It also depends a lot on whether your team is a bunch of extroverts that works ten times more efficiently when you're all in the same room, or a bunch of introverts who work ten times more efficiently in the peace and quiet of home at the middle of the night.

You still need to have plenty of face-to-face meetings to hash things out, I agree with that, but leave it upto people as to how they get work done. Expect results, that's all that matters.
