You get original Ship of Theseus.
If you start taking out parts of the original is considered gone and you end up with a copy as soon as the first part is replaced.
If you subsequently replace all parts of the original and from the original parts assemble the ship again - this is considered to be a second copy of the original, but not the original itself.
You can then subsequently repeat the process of replacing parts on any copy you created - this will merely produce another copy and not the original.
You need to remember two things:
1) The original is gone as the first part is replaced
2) You need to obtain additional licenses to any copy you create
