Ask HN: Founders of large tech companies that work from home
I have a minor fascination with some of these huge companies that were founded by brilliant minds that didn't like to leave the house.
I first started thinking about this because of Larry Ellison.
I recently also learned that Stephen Wolfram also liked to work from home, and nocturnally no less. He spent hours on the phone.
I believe Richard Branson has worked this way for some time as well.
Are there any lesser known examples of huge tech companies whose leader isn't ever physically at their "campus"?
