Just in case you didn't know, websites/host goes down quite often. 99% uptime means 3.65days/yr downtime. Most hosts go down more often, from my experience.
There are all sorts of reasons a site could go down and 30 minutes is a tiny amount of time. It's just a site full of articles, it's not like he's losing money for every second it's down! Come back tomorrow and I'm sure it'll all be there for you :)
