Ask HN: Dollar Shave Club for Printer Ink

So just saw this post on reddit about how much ink Epson printers waste: https://www.reddit.com/r/videos/comments/3kipxd/how_much_ink_does_your_epson_9900_waste_xpost/

I've always thought that someone could make a killing if they made a name for themselves as a cheap reliable printer with low cost ink and promised not to sell out.

Anyone know of any startups pursuing this?
