I was waiting for the punchline, but it never came. Okay, where is that money?
Sheldon State Community College in Alabama had their information rejected when their paperwork said that 14,500 jobs were created with the $27,502 they received.

Seems like they should have put a better validator on the zip code field for the data entry form. It's tough to count on tens of thousands of different people with varying degrees of seriousness to report accurately, but little things like requiring valid zip codes (that match city/state) go a long way.
