Ask HN: Samsung vs. TSMC A9

Has anyone published an Samsung vs TSMC benchmark. If the Samsung has a smaller geometry its caps should be smaller the length of the wires should be smaller meaning it should at least run cooler and use less power. Theoretically it have a higher max clock rate if the chips can be over clocked.
