Ask HN: As an employee, would you be ok with your CEO being the head of 2 firms?

Obviously I'm referencing Jack Dorsey - but several others have done this as well. Just from talking to current and former employees, no one has said anything positive about the move. They actually all feel bitter about it. I'm wondering if I'm (we're) missing something.
