The minute you join, you'll take the lead on:

- Working closely with customers to increase the effectiveness and scale of our hiring tools

- Analyzing large data sets to identify weaknesses in existing assessment and improving them

- Hiring and running a team of remote graders who score candidates' job simulations

- Making product decisions and helping engineering figure out how to design the grader's software

- Designing new candidate assessments to increase predictiveness
