Ask HN: Tutorial for python (esp PIL) for bio image analysis?

I saw it on here a month or two ago, I know I bookmarked it, but damned if I can find it. I think the guy who wrote it was out of MD Anderson, but not certain. I know this is pretty lame, but could anyone point me to it?
