Looking for Rails Dev

I am working with a startup porting their current mac os desktop application to the web as a rails application. I need an additional resource for 3 months (initially) to help build out the PCI compliant, credit card transactional aspects of the app (account payments, setting up recurring billing, etc) integrating with 3rd party services. Ideally SF Bay Area. Know anyone? (mention hacker news in your response)
