Maybe I'm naive but a few million these days does not seem like "FU" money like this author makes it seem to be. I would think you would need at at least >10m to start ignoring menu prices, buying lambo's, traveling on private planes, etc.
Maybe its different for this author since his area of expertise will likely provide him a well paying job for as long as he needs extra income.
