Ask HN: What bank / software do you use for personal finances?

I realized today that the bank I've used for over a decade (Wells Fargo), was chosen when I was a teen because my parents used it.

One thing that drives me crazy about it is how unintuitive its website feels. However, most of my transactions are done online, so a good interface seems important. Do you feel like your bank has an especially good web interface? Do their services seem well implemented and straightforward? Is this a less useful characteristic to focus on?
