I am starting a (one person) software consulting shop in the SF Bay Area, and am looking for advice on how to set up a corporate structure to maximize tax benefits.

Can anyone recommend a professional who can help me understand the tradeoffs of various financial and corporate structure decisions? Am I better off with a lawyer or a CPA?
