Dallas, TX – Startup Hiring (VPE, KanBan,Front End)

Job Posting: A series A funded startup in downtown Dallas,TX is hiring for a VP Eng, a Kan Ban PM, and a Front End Developer. Series A in the bank for guaranteed 2 year runway. Startup experience preferred.

VP E: No pie in the sky VPE, manage build patterns, architecture, deploys, schedules. Familiar enough with a polyglot code base, data analytics, and fast data is the backbone. Code 25% of the time for the next 6 mos. Then reduce to 10%. Patterns include Lambda Architecture, Poly Codebase (Node, java, ruby, golang).

KanBan/Agile PM: Manage the workstreams, say "no", and realize when to push back against the business and developers.

Front End Developer - Senior or Junior. Angular 1, Heavy Data Visualizations and guided front end designs.
