Ask HN: With Angular 2 Announcement, React, Telerik NS or Angular/Ionic?

I'm quite comfortable using Angular 1.x and don't know much about Telerik or React.

Been asked for 2 mobile projects (Node or Firebase or Parse backend) from 2 small non-profits. These aren't big or paying projects to help homeless but iOS, Android (Win 10 if doable but not required.)

Out of the 3, what would you recommend with the Angular 2 Beta announcement? I've paid for my own React course (haven't done it yet) and have yet to look up Telerik's Native Script or Angular 2 resources.

Thanks for any advice or experiences you can share.
