Ask HN: What are some good web frameworks for Windows?

I am teaching someone web development, but this person has a Windows machine, which I am unfamiliar with. I think RoR is the easiest framework to teach, but it's pretty Windows-unfriendly. What are some windows friendly frameworks out there? Something that is ultra easy to install and start a project?
