Link to previously posted travel site with embedded short video clips?

A while back (maybe over a year ago?) someone posted an opensource travel blog platform. He had short video clips that were automatically transcoded (I think). I think his name may have been "Justin." I can't seem to remember any more details but I would be great if someone remembers it too.
