There are many games that took 6+ months to crack. A single game taking over a month to crack is nothing predictive of any "end time". Their longest example is "since September" - 4 months. Rooting consoles comes to mind too. Sometimes finding a way in takes over a year, but they find a way in.

Furthermore, the longer it goes uncracked the bigger the "reward" is for the person who manages to break through it. Quick way to go from a no-name to a bigshot in the scene is to solve something that has everyone else stumped. The longer it stumps people - the more people will be taking a deeper look into it and the more likely it is to become solved.

Nothing but a fluff piece, IMO.
