What's the latest feedback on Startup Chile?

Has anybody gone through Startup Chile in the last year? Care to comment on your experience?

esp: * Are they still making it difficult to get reimbursements? * Is there a lot of bureaucracy to deal with? * Was it a safe working atmosphere?
