How effective is the new Facebook Lead Ads?

One of the recent updates on Facebook for Business has been their new Lead Ads - which looks promising for capturing and nurturing leads. It is available for advertisers everywhere with a host of additional features [Automated Contacts, Display Pictures etc. etc. ] that make signing up for business information easy for the people and more valuable for their businesses.

Has anyone tested it yet? How well has it worked for you? Is it too early to invest in it?
