Ask HN: Best way to be notified of HN responses these days?

I used to use Riyad's awesome HNNotify, but it seems like it is no longer in service.

Jacquesm's FAQ[1] recommending Notifo is a bit dated (sorry Jacques!) as Notifo appears to be dead as well.

As someone who posts a lot and doesn't always remember to check my comment history, or has people responding to very old posts that don't show up on the first page of comments, I definitely want to stay on top of that.

What does everyone else use these days? I couldn't easily find a good reason why HN itself doesn't offer that functionality, but I'm sure there is one.
