Does anyone have advice on getting an EB-5 visa without getting scammed?
As a Canadian who has been looking at moving to the US (warmer weather, higher pay), and is fortunate enough to be able to afford the $500k needed (via a modest startup exit), the EB-5 looks awfully tempting. You avoid the lottery/indentured servitude of the H-1B, and, unlike TN status, it allows for immigration intent.
