I was a bit surprised to see that's it's "Free – with Full Source" until I saw that you "only pay for the AWS services you choose to use". So it's a really complex way to bring more business to AWS.
Still it's a nice initiative and could be a win-win.
Especially with the rising movement of stream-to-play (is it the right name for when you don't install a game, but stream it directly from the cloud?).
