Ask HN: How do you manage knowledge base in your startup

I'm the CTO of a small (40) people startup that does cloud consulting. Looking for a solution to manage knowledge (best practices, templates, forms) etc for our employees, Wanted to ask how do others manage this, any tools products or conventions you can recommend.

We use Google Apps for internal documents and also RedMine for ticketing and task management.
