Ask YC: Anybody knows of any college/institution where they have online courses on GNU Radio?

I am working on creating a course on GNU Radio for a university which will be taught next year. I was looking for anything that could help me in that process. Also does anyone know of some good online meduim size open-source projects done with the gnu radio?
