Ask HN: Where to Get PHP, Symfony2, AngularJS Projects?

My partner and I have founded a software development company and we are looking for our niche. We would like to work with corporations (and middle-size businesses) to help them optimize their processes with better software where possible and justified. We did the customer analysis and among others we identified the customers that are aware some processes have outgrown the capabilities of currently used software, and possible customers that are not aware something could be improved with custom-made applications. My question to you- do you have any ideas on how to reach both those groups? (we already have reached out to some but are looking for more ideas or maybe you are familiar with some job boards or know someone who may need our help) Thank you!
