Ask HN: Why is it a pain to run OS X in windows?

Why is it easy to run Windows on a Mac using software like Parallels but a pain to run the Mac OS in Windows?

Makes me think its smarter to just buy a Mac. Sure, its a little more money but at least you have access to both OS's.
