Ask HN: Any opinions on ergonomic mechanical keyboards?

Hi HN, I love my Microsoft ergonomic keyboards but really miss the tactile click of a mechanical key like the Razer or (the holy grail) IBM Model M. I've seen a few combinations flying around (such as the Kinesis) but I was wondering if anyone had strong opinions or recommendations. Thanks!
