Fitbit refusing to acknowledge firmware issues
The fitbit forums have been flooded with issues since the last firmware update, but fitbit will not acknowledge that they broke something. They sent me 2 device replacements that had the same issues reported in the forums. This has been going on for months. I'm curious if other HN readers are having issues. Someone from fitbit has to browse HN. Maybe we can get them to respond.
