Advice on pricing business process applications

I am an indie developer trying to build an agency. My main focus is to build applications that automates business processes (systems). When going on as a company, customers expect support, and there are lot of variables the come into play when doing projects like these, because systems become lifeline of a business and its there for every. From where can I get some good resource on building a company in this nature, I tried clarity.fm calls with few experts and some one resources, almost all of them are targeted on running marketing agencies, not "enterprise software"
