Ask HN: IF Apple were to release VR, what would the server form factor be?

I read that even the Mac Pro doesn't have enough GPU capability to run VR. If Apple gets into VR, do you think it will be a new/different form factor? Would we ever see another expandable device (ala old Pro tower?) (Yes, I was just at GDC and swamped by VR ;-)
