Building a virtual linux lab with esxi 5 to study for LFCS exam

Has anyone every built a linux network environment on a hypervisor(esxi 5)with DNS server, file server, DHCP, firewall, virtual switches? I am studying for the LFCS and wanted to create a working emvironment to do real world adm things- create user groups, manage permissions on a different server, setup a virtual network, etc. ANd if anyone has any advice on the LFCS, I'll take that too. Thanks in advance.
