Ask HN: UK residents: how much do you make?

The majority of answers in the other threads are US-centric, and I think it would be interesting to see how the UK compares in total compensation and benefits.

I'm a DevOps Engineer making £44k, in central London, with just under three years experience.

The working hours are 8 per day (excluding lunch), I get 26 days of holiday per year (plus bank holidays), I can work from home once a week, and I get a 3% matching pension.
