AI – Billions of $ to copy humans

Worlwide soft company's wasting bilions of money to develop AI, to create a thing that can behave and think like a human. Why don´t they just pay a few thousands dollar's to help families to make baby's. Their better than AI, can live more time, and need less manuntation than AI. OH, and they can make you happy, really happy and help when you're older and sick. Most likely, AI will throw you away like a bug in the system.

Because AI is easier to copy. For example, Now you can play chess with an AI opponent that is better than the word champion, all you need is a notebook. (I'm not sure if the iPhone version is strong enough.) IIRC Carlsen use it for training.

What about getting an medical exam by an AI that is better than a human doctor?

(Just in case they plan to throw us away: Try to be nice with them.)

Would you like to live in a world where most of the surrounding is the same. Where's the fun, or the happyness, or even the possibility to get new knowledge or new thoughts that break trought what is today's impossible. It might be cheaper may it will make you stupid, ignorant and lazy. (And then they will throw you away allthough you were nice to them )
Why are you saying that AI's cannot be Creative and different like humans? There are AI's making new image arts, paintings, solving DNA problems, making "EVER" changing music.
You really can't think of any situation where it'd be beneficial to have a non-human do a task?
It's better to let niggers do work, don't you think?

AI is niggers for free.

You want to be a nigger, I guess.

The purpose of life is to entertain God.

Humans take 14 years to make useful. Machines take weeks.
Dude please, there are so many problems with people. Ever heard of "human error", which usually involves someone falling asleep...
We want slaves without enslaving humans.
You mention entirely different things: 1. AI (as the many-sided phenomenon that it is) is coming, want it or not. It'll become a political problem to select the good parts from the bad, so we can have our cake and eat it too, without plunging everything into yet another economical/social disaster.

2. If there's one thing we don't need, it's more people. Limits to sustainable growth/steady-state are already being routinely surpassed and each time a new human is born you make a commitment to allow him/her to live, that is you can't simply adjust population ethically like you can adjust e.g. the amount of money or products in an economy. (One of the few places where poverty is so rampant that human populations are reduced to (practical) carrying capacity of that region by natural means is North Korea (see the North Korean famine))

Further population growth today makes no sense by any reasonable metric unless you want to populate other planets which we can't in the foreseeable future to any significant degree, and I fear some (primarily African) regions are going to learn this the hard way (OTOH these supremely poor regions show you just how resilient the human body can be, so population count becomes a choice between many people just surviving or few people actually living sustainably).
