Ask HN: Best product requirements tracker in 2016?

We must maintain our product requirements (interface and behavior) for regulatory reasons. I would like to use the most modern system possible for tracking those requirements. Currently we have hacked up Bugzilla to do this, but there must be a better way. What do the folks who read HN use? Thanks!
