Too old to code?
Appreciate aome advice. Ive been a software product manager with fortune 500 companies for 20 years. But with each downsizing it gets harder, brutally so, to even get an interview, and when i do its with someone half my age. So even though o have manage many products to succesd and my technical chops are much better than most pm's (i can even write code, but not production quality, you can see ine projecg here at www. Widgetlabs.us) its just about impossible to get a new gig at 55. Was thinking about a code bootcamp, but have seen the sentiment that its tough for old but qualified devs to get a job as well. Dont want to waste my time if i'm just too damn old for a decent tech job in this new economy - thoughts?
Muchos gracias :-)
