Ask HN: Any laptops with video and mic off switch?

Recent stories like NPR's "Why The FBI Director Puts Tape Over His Webcam" highlight a real need for hardware audio and video off switches. Many of my friends are also using tape, or buying those little slider things. Why haven't laptop manufacturers responded? Can we start a list of laptops that have hardware switches for video and/or audio?
