Community Forum and Chat

How about developing a community platform that gives you an instant response. Is that sounds good?

Problem: For any product support, we need a community forum where people can ask and share the questions and answers but the response will not be instant. Typical response time will be 1 day.

Solution: Community forum should be revamped and should work as chat to get better response.

Any comments?
