Ask HN: Review my startup, bgrgndzdb

I created this website to get started with backend programming, It is a social network with lots of features like color changing, font changing, image/video sharing, feeds, private messages etc. All of these gained me lots of knowledge.

Now, I worked really hard for this project and I want people to see it. How can I get more people to my website and actually use it actively? The website currently has 88 users but none of them logs in more than 2 times.
