Ask HN: Buffer for Reddit?

I use Buffer for scheduling LinkedIn and Twitter posts. However buffer doesnt support reddit yet. I mod a couple subreddits and want to schedule posts so I can keep a queue going. Does anyone know of a tool like buffer that will work on reddit?
