lol wat. this lady is complaining that women are often promoted out of strictly technical roles too fast. i dont even know what to say. So she wants managers to deny women opportunities they might want in order to satisfy her ideal gender ratios? like grow up girl, and stop complaining about how great it is being a female in a rich liberal country.
