Ask HN: Looking for Small SF Bay Area Law Firm to Complete Statement of Work

Just formed an LLC and am looking to have a small, SF Bay Area law firm complete a few tasks, hopefully from boilerplate, like a Statement of Work. Does anybody here have any recommendations?
