Snapdocs (YC W14) Is Hiring a Director of Operations

Snapdocs is looking for a Director of Operations. You'll be working closely with our CEO to take over several responsibilities including: Biz Dev, HR, Legal, and Finance.

Your day-to-day would include managing a small team (office manager, accountant, outside lawyers) and working with sales and engineering to develop strategic partnerships, recruit and onboard new employees, review contracts, manage budgets, and optimize operations.

You should have at least a couple of years experience in an operations role, though you don't need specific experience in all of these categories. We'll help get you up to speed on anything you're missing.
