Ask HN: Books with good pure python code examples?

I am looking for something similar to "Paradigms of Artificial Intelligence Programming" using Python. I know about the cookbook but I am looking for something that solves interesting problems. I am not looking for books like http://automatetheboringstuff.com/ that use libraries or frameworks.
