Big numbers are fun to try to wrap your head around. My favorite is Graham's number (which I believe is the biggest number used in a formal mathematical proof).
Graham's number helped me deal with the fact that someday I do want to die, cause to live for Graham's Number of years would drive any sentient being to insanity.
